This class was started to help people over 40 get moving again. The age of the group ranges from 42 - 67 currently and everyone is moving in their own way, but all doing the same exercise. It’s not just a class; it's a community where every step counts and support is endless.
With goals that resonate on a personal level, it's not just about staying in shape. It's about reclaiming vitality and enjoying the freedom that movement brings.

Meet Your Instructors
Steve and Jimmy, certified black belts in Shaolin Kung Fu, having trained under Sifu David Greenland, a 32nd generation Shaolin Temple Warrior Monk himself. They honed their skills at Emerald Dragon Martial Arts and received their black belts in July 2019.

But their passion for teaching goes beyond their own black belts. Even before achieving that rank, they were already guiding students on their martial arts journeys.

Leveraging their experience, they joined forces to create the Jade Fitness & FUNctional Movement program. This class isn't just about exercise; it's a community specifically designed for people over 40 to get moving again. The current age of the class ranges from 42 to those in their 70's, and everyone moves at their own pace, yet works together. It's a supportive environment where every step counts, and encouragement is endless.

Steve and Jimmy's goals go beyond just staying in shape. They want to help you reclaim your vitality and rediscover the joy of movement.
